Francis University was established in Southern California, more specifically, in the heart of Los Angeles, in January of 2012 by group of Christian scholars and pastors to serve the growing traditional church and community in Southern California.
Francis University offers its undergraduate and graduate programs. The degree program has received verification of religious exemption status by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) under the Department of Consumer Affairs.
Francis University is approved by the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or USCIS (formerly known as INS) to accept and enroll foreign students and to issue I-20 to foreign students through the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System or SEVIS.
Francis University admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
